Therapy gives us space to explore, reflect, adjust, and continue moving forward together…

Therapist. Listener. Human.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC015010] in Georgia with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. Over the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals navigating a variety of life experiences, challenges, and transitions.

What I’ve come to value most about this work is helping people see themselves and their experiences in new ways. Sometimes that means noticing patterns that have been difficult to recognize. Other times, it means making room for a different perspective, reconnecting with what matters, or finding a new way forward. My role is to provide the space, curiosity, support, and gentle challenge that can help you navigate the changes you want to see in your life.

What Shaped me as a Therapist

My desire to help others is also connected to my own experience of learning to find and trust my voice. Growing up, I was often a quiet observer. Over time, I realized that this helped me develop an ability to listen closely, notice the details, and pay attention to what may be happening beneath the surface. Those are qualities I now bring with me into the therapy room.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

As a therapist, I aim to be warm, curious, gently honest, and hopeful while remaining grounded in the reality of what you’re experiencing. I enjoy keeping things light when there’s room for it, while also recognizing that therapy can get heavy—and I welcome that depth, too.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before we meet. There’s room for uncertainty, questions, changing perspective, and figuring things out as we go.

I can’t promise exactly where therapy will take you or what change will look like along the way. What I can offer is a space to explore, reflect, adjust, and continue moving forward together. It’s an honor to have a place in that process, wherever it may lead.

Beyond the Therapist Title

Outside of the therapy room, I’m an introvert at heart. I enjoy smaller, more intimate settings and definitely need my alone time to recharge.

I love baking and trying new recipes, watching movies and TV shows, adult coloring, and I’m finding my way back to reading just for fun. (Audiobooks for the win!)

I’m naturally curious, appreciate a good laugh, and enjoy the quieter moments of life just as much as the fun ones. And while being a therapist is an important part of who I am, it’s only one part.

I’ve always loved a good story and it turns out that applies both in and outside of the therapy room.

I’m here to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected, exactly as you are. You don’t have to face what life throws at you alone. We’ll take the journey together, one step at a time.
